During the project’s kickoff, we welcomed Anja Hendriks en Gea van Zutven, two experts from the Fontys Quality Team. Over the course of two intensive days, they shared their expertise on quality development within a large educational organisation. Key themes included data literacy, stakeholder participation, and fostering a strong and shared quality culture.
This was a unique opportunity for us not only to gain inspiration, but also to critically reflect on our own practices. How can we build a transparent and widely supported quality policy? Which data do we collect, and how can we translate them into concrete actions with real impact? How do we empower our quality team and staff within a culture of shared responsibility?
The first outlines of our action plan have now been defined. We mapped our strengths and challenges and identified realistic short- and mid-term priorities.
The next step in our journey will be a job shadowing visit in Eindhoven, where we will observe Fontys’ quality approach in practice. This international exchange not only provides valuable insights, but also reinforces our ambition to continue investing in sustainable educational innovation as a language centre.
We would like to warmly thank the Fontys experts, Epos vzw and the European Union for making this collaboration possible.
